DEPOSIT POLICY
A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied toward your total bill at checkout. If you fail to show up without calling, your deposit will be forfeited.
LATE POLICY
If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, a $25 late fee will be applied to your service, or your appointment may be cancelled at our discretion to avoid disrupting other clients.
RESCHEDULING
& CANCELLATION
We kindly ask that any rescheduling or cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the slot to another client.

Same-day cancellations or reschedules (less than 24 hours’ notice) will result in a forfeited deposit.

No-call / no-shows automatically forfeit the deposit and may result in restricted future booking.

If you need to adjust your appointment, please call or text us directly so we can best assist you.
Your $25 non-refundable deposit will still be applied toward your rescheduled appointment as long as proper notice is given.
PAYMENTS
We currently accept Cash, Zelle, and Apple Pay for all services and deposits. Please have your preferred method ready at the time of checkout.
